Wanna take a look into the future of basketball?  Yes, the future superstars of the hard court are built here: The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Annual Tip-Off Tournament.  This year, it’s happening here at the at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut, on November 17th-18^th, 2012.   Games begin at 12:00 pm.

 

 

The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-Off Tournament is an annual event sponsored by Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.  Witness these teams face-off in this year’s tournament:  Loyola University Maryland (MAAC), Norfolk State University (MEAC), Ohio State University (Big Ten), Seton Hall University (Big East), University of Albany (America East), University of  Missouri-Kansas City (Summit League), University of Rhode Island (Atlantic 10) andUniversity of Washington (Pac-12).

“This year’s Tip-Off Tournament will once again showcase some of the best college basketball 
programs in the country,” said John L. Doleva, President and CEO of the Basketball Hall of 
Fame. “We are looking forward to welcoming each of these teams, as they compete at 
Mohegan Sun, one of the finest facilities in the country.”

This event has been held annually, which started 25 years ago in Springfield.
