The Danger Days may be over, and The Black Parade may be dead, but My Chemical Romance is here to stay to give us authentic punk rock music that will not only take you to the glory of the 2000s and 2010s era but will make you scream at the top of your lungs for excitement. Join Gerard Way and the rest of MCR's incredible band this Thursday, September 1, 2022, at the Mohegan Sun Arena, Connecticut, for a night of a recollection of the band's greatest hits. Mark your calendars, secure your tickets now, and call all your concert buddies because, this time, nothing is holding MCR back to push through with their tour! This is not only an opportunity to witness the music you've worshipped in the interim years but a chance to connect with thousands of others who — like you — made MCR's music soundtrack of their youth.
After being pushed back several times, the concert tour of My Chemical Romance will finally be witnessed by North American and European fans this 2022. It can be noted that the band announced another reunion tour (after 2019's success) in 2020. But due to the pandemic, the band had no other choice but to cancel the tour. They were also set to headline at the Aftershock Festival last year along with Limp Bizkit and Metallica, but to the fans' dismay, they weren't able to make an appearance.
Now fans are more than excited to experience the brand of music My Chemical Romance is famous for once again. The hits "Helena," "I'm Not Okay (I Promise)," "Sing," "Mama," "Teenagers," "Welcome to the Black Parade," and many more have proven to transcend beyond punk, rock, and emo genres.
The band, consisting of Gerard Way, Ray Toro, Frank Iero, and Mikey Way, will surely make Mohegan Sun Arena's audience sing at the top of their lungs in this highly-anticipated concert that will ultimately rock Uncasville, Connecticut! So grab your tickets now, and we'll see you there!
