It’s finally here! Connecticut will be hosting this years WNBA All Star Game at the Mohegan Sun Arena! Tip-Off time is 3:30pm on Sunday the 27^th of July 2013! The Women’s National Basketball Association All-Star Game (WNBA) is the 11th game of the series where the best of each of the Eastern conference and the Western conference prove their skills as winners. This is the third time that the Mohegan Sun Arena will be hosting this event; Previously held in 2005 and 2009. At the 2009 WNBA All-Star game, the Western conference won over the Eastern conference in what was the highest scoring game in the series. History shows that the Western conference used to dominate the game however, recent years have shown quite a turnaround with scores getting closer and games getting more competitive! At the end of each match a most valued player is named by a panel of media members; Swin Cash has won this title two years running now. There was no game last year due to the London 2012 Olympics so, this is set to be a big return and a mighty victory for the winners!
